Preferred Caterer Interest Form

The Utah Cultural Celebration Center is building a preferred catering list and invites catering businesses to share their information for consideration.

Our preferred caterers may be considered for future events hosted at UCCC. Submission of this form does not guarantee placement but allows our team to learn more about your services and offerings. Approved preferred caterers will be featured on the Utah Cultural Celebration Center website.

The selection process may include:

  • A small tasting of your best offerings for 3–5 UCCC staff members

  • A review of UCCC policies

  • A tour of the UCCC kitchen

New caterers added to the preferred list will begin on a probationary status until their first successful client event has concluded. A 10% commission on all food and beverage sales is required and is due on the last Thursday of each month.

Applications are due by February 22.
