YOU care about family and community - - so do we. Our partnership will create new opportunities for you and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. We reach residents countywide and beyond, last year reaching more than 125,000 people. Programs include:
WorldStage! ConcertsThe WorldStage! Concert Series offers two exciting series, summer and winter, of professional and amateur touring and local groups performing in a variety of genres from classical to jazz and folk to ethnic music and dance. These family-friendly shows draw together people of all ages and backgrounds, building community and cultural understanding.
Attendance ranges from a few hundred to more than a thousand. |
Gallery ExhibitsThe Celebration Gallery, the Westside’s only destination gallery, makes arts and cultural experiences accessible to everyone. The six exhibits each year include community, regional, national, and international artists and cultural groups. Well-known and emerging local artists are given a forum to show their work in dynamic, culturally-relevant exhibits. Opening receptions engage all with visual art, local musical groups, performances, and dialogue with the artists.

Wasatch International Food FestivalThis summer the UCCC celebrates great food - - central to the enjoyment of life! Bringing together food from around the world, arts, cultures, a family zone, arts and community mural projects, beer garden, tastings and culinary demos, fantastic music, the festival is the newest project of several local community groups in partnership with the Utah Cultural Celebration Center Foundation.

ARTrageous!The ARTrageous Program is a year-round series of free educational and participatory arts and cultural experiences, each one focusing on a major UCCC exhibit or event. Each ARTrageous event offers related activities: artist demonstrations, scholar-led gallery tours, talks, performances, and hands-on workshops. Primarily serving underserved school populations, this program is geared toward student, senior, after-school programs, and other groups. This popular program serves more than 4,000 people each year.

Day of the Dead Exhibit & FestivalDay of the Dead is a Latino cultural tradition that focuses on gatherings of family and friends remembering those who have died. At the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, the celebration of this significant holiday is a family affair that includes an elaborate and colorful altar created by the local community. Activities include decorating sugar skulls, dances, face painting, and traditional sweet bread. Families may build altars and contribute to the community altar.
