West Valley City and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center Foundation present the inaugural West Valley Wild West Roundup, an  event celebrating the heritage of the Intermountain West.  This outdoor event is all about celebrating Western heritage and traditions with music, cowboy poetry, art, and food and beverage offerings.
