eDUCATIONAL oPPORTUNITIESThe Utah Cultural Celebration Center offers many opportunities throughout the year for in-school k-12 arts programs that are specifically oriented to support core curriculum. We believe in the strength of the arts to enhance learning opportunities by engaging students in new ways and bringing curriculum to life. By partnering with local artists, non-profits, and educational organizations to design specific programs relevant to academic achievement, we can offer a diversity of FREE and low-cost programs that are experiential and fun. Programs are available to be scheduled in classrooms county wide, with priority given to West Valley City schools. Additional programs are also offered at the Cultural Center and at Kingsbury Hall on the University of Utah Campus.

community Performing ARTS EDUCATION
The Utah Cultural Celebration Center’s Partners Program is intended to provide a means for community-based arts organizations to use UCCC facility space on a weekly basis at a discounted rate that includes the possibility of in-kind trade of performances, volunteer services or other items of value in exchange for credit to reduce the overall cost of rehearsal space rental throughout the year.
The program is designed to increase performing groups’ visibility within the community, provide them an educational opportunity to share their art with the community, increased stage time, referrals for paid performance opportunities, and provides access to the facility’s versatile rehearsal space for regular practices.
